What’s Changed?
- Streamlined Navigation: A new left side navigation menu makes it easier to move between the dashboard, reports and policy details. A global search bar will now appear on every page, allowing you to look up client policies from anywhere in the system without needing to return to the dashboard.
- Enhanced Producer Dashboard: Your updated landing page now includes a cleaner layout and quick links to both reporting features, helping you get where you need to go faster.
- Improved Reporting Experience: Run your Pending Business Report or Book of Business Report with ease. After generating a report, you can:
- View on the web or export results to Excel
- Select any active policy to view additional details
- Detailed Annuity Information: The redesigned View Annuity Details page offers a comprehensive look at each contract. Collapsible sections let you quickly access values, activity and key documents.
- Refreshed Client View: Your clients will also enjoy the same simplified, modern experience that helps them find information quickly — reducing questions and supporting smoother self service.

- Search by owner/annuitant last name or policy number
- Review a policy summary
- Access current values and recent financial activity
- View important documents including contracts*, statements and tax forms
